Hello, thanks for the interest in the maple sands.

🍁 About Us:

Neil’s Bigleaf is the first commercial producer on the west coast for Bigleaf maple syrup.

Bigleaf maple syrup is one of the rarest syrups in the world (12 million gallons of east coast syrup and less then 500 gallons of Bigleaf are produced annually). It’s a deep rich flavor with caramel tones and hints of coffee and vanilla.

🍁 We have 2 goals with Our Bigleaf.

  1. long term we hope to build generational forests and leverage Bigleaf industry to improve forestry practices, plant trees, help fight climate issues, restore rivers and streams and improve soils and create more animal habitat.

  2. For 2021 we hope to partner with other local purveyors and produce a lineup of creative Bigleaf maple products. We are currently focused on producing an exfoliating soap with Bigleaf maple sands.

🍁 How would this work?

Phase 1: we would send you a bag of maple sands to test and design a Bigleaf exfoliating soap

Phase 2: we would like to create a wholesale arrangement where we purchase the soap to offer on our maple website (neilsbigleaf.com). We would co-brand the soap and drive exposure to your brand and vice versa with the maple soap on your website.

🍁 Why Participate?

Bigleaf maple is an entirely new industry. It’s rare and generating lots of buzz. We have been featured in modern farmer, Seattle times, NPR National, Seattle Magazine, small local publications, multiple TV programs and many more are lined up for 2021. We sold out our 2020 syrup in 3 days on our website and we feel the rarity and curiosity factor of our syrup will allow other Bigleaf products such as a soap to also do well. We will be limiting to only a few soapmakers. The creativity of your Bigleaf maple exfoliating soap will be up to you.

Thank you for your interest. 🙏 If you’d like to participate please send your address and we will ship you a sample bag to utilize.

🍁

P.S. Due to the rarity and limited quantity of Bigleaf available we sell all our products at a premium. We would ask that for all involved we work on maintaining a premium price so for everyone involved it doesn’t ever end up a race to the bottom on price.
